1. Agreement to Terms

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User" or "you") and Play Again ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") regarding your use of our mobile games and services ("Application"). By downloading, installing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not use the Application.

2. License Grant

Play Again grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application for personal, non-commercial use on a mobile device owned or controlled by you, subject to the terms of this Agreement.

3. Restrictions

You agree not to, and will not permit others to:

• License, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, transmit, host, outsource, disclose, or otherwise commercially exploit the Application or make the Application available to any third party.
• Modify, make derivative works of, disassemble, decrypt, reverse compile, or reverse engineer any part of the Application.
• Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notice (including any notice of copyright or trademark) of Play Again or its affiliates, partners, suppliers, or licensors.

4. Subscription and In-App Purchases

The Application may offer paid subscriptions and in-app purchases. Subscriptions are automatically renewed unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings on the platform (App Store, Google Play, etc.).

5. Privacy Policy

Your use of the Application is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is available at Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and share your data.

6. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated by you or Play Again. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Application and delete all copies from your mobile device.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Play Again and its affiliates, partners, suppliers, or licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Application.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Country/State], without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

9. Changes to this Agreement

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace this Agreement at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
